What is a mermaid?

Visiting all over the world, it is more and more common to see women dressed as mermaids, in the seas and oceans, even just posing on the rocks in colorful tails make an incredible impression. The necessary equipment for mermaiding includes a tail with a monoplane and a diving mask.

For whom?

Mermaid tail swimming is not only fun, but also a challenging sport that is great for sculpting abdominal and buttock muscles. It's also a great way to spend time with your child, aimed at children ages 6 and up, especially girls, who enjoy the sport immensely. The only requirement for mermaiding is the ability to swim, which also attracts adult women who see it not only as a fulfillment of their childhood dreams, but also as an excellent workout, engaging the muscles of the entire body, especially the abdomen, thighs and shoulder girdle. With an hour-long workout, you can burn up to 700 kcal. There is also no shortage of men at mermaid tail swimming classes, for mermaids did not only appear in female form.

Mermaiding, a sport that originated in the Philippines, is a style of swimming similar to butterfly swimming that requires swimmers to wear an additional piece of equipment - a mermaid tail made of stretchy fabric that covers the entire lower body from hips to feet. It's for amateurs and professionals alike, but it's certainly challenging due to its nature.

FAQ

What to bring with you to the pool?

We provide all the equipment needed for the classes, including a mermaid suit, a monoplane and a diving mask. Based on our years of experience, we suggest that you do not buy equipment before the first class. We will be happy to suggest which mermaid tail to choose for your child and which mask to choose for his face, so that he feels comfortable underwater. In addition, the choice of monoplane affects not only the color, but also the speed of swimming and the comfort of the spine, so it is important that it is well-fitted.
